- Instructor-led climbing on the climbing wall, individually or in a group
- A demonstration of a rescue mission done by a professional mountain rescue team, the basics of first aid for use in common situations at work, at home and in nature (60 minutes)
Active day – Terchová
- a downhill ride on professional sports scooters starting in Štefanová and ending under the statue of Juraj Jánošík in Terchová (30 minutes)
